Both on-site and training room sessions can be coordinated through any part of Pillarhouse group. All off-site training for European and Asian based customers is held at our factory location in Chelmsford, England, just 22 miles NE of London. Off-site sessions for North American customers are held at the Pillarhouse USA in Elk Grove Village, IL facility (approximately 7 miles from O-Hare airport). The training rooms are purpose built and contain fully functional, current model machines in a simulated production set-up.
Up to 4 people can be accommodated at either facility at one time. Training sessions vary in length from 1 day to a full week and can be tailored to suit specific customer requirements. Lunch is provided and certificates are awarded on completion of the course.
Experienced instructors provide a hands-on approach in an environment free from distractions or interruptions. Areas covered can range from simple routine maintenance to advanced programming and soldering techniques.
